1. Terms

All reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed according to the selected rate plan. A valid credit card or deposit may be required at the time of booking, and the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. Any amendments to reservations are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.

All rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB). The hotel accepts payment by cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards including American Express, JCB, MasterCard, and Visa. Payment requirements may vary depending on the selected rate plan and booking conditions.

2. Conditions

Cancellation and no-show policies vary by rate plan and will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Free cancellation is permitted only if canceled within the specified period; late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges up to the full amount of the stay, depending on the applicable booking terms.

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in, late check-out, extra person charges, child policies, and extra bed fees are subject to availability and room type. Guests are responsible for any damage incurred during their stay. The hotel shall not be held liable for disruptions caused by events beyond its control and reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
